As a Leadership & Energetic Alignment Coach, I combine my two decades of experience in education and psychology to help leaders like you navigate uncertainty with confidence and clarity. My journey, including opening and leading multiple college preparatory highschools and achieving exceptional retention rates, showed me that truly effective leadership stems from a deep alignment with values and a nurtured inner state.
