From a Note to a Movement: The Dear Jess Story
Dear Jess is a vision I have honed since I began my leadership journey. The term came from a singular note awaiting me on my desk as I transitioned to my first principalship etched on the back of a Starbucks gift card. “Dear Jess, Lead with Love.” I didn’t always succeed, but those words became my inner compass with each decision I made.
